The waters we fish:

  • Clear Creek A wonderful brown trout stream that runs right through the heart of Golden. You might fish the excellent stretch of water through town or find yourself a few miles upstream in the beautiful Clear Creek Canyon.
  • Bear Creek (Includes Lair O' the Bear) - Near the historic town of Morrison, this stream offers beautiful scenery and the fish to go with it. You won't find record breakers in this creek, but we guarantee your arms will ache and your hands will smell fishy by the time your trip is over.
  • Blue River - This is where the big boys hide. Whether it's in town or down stream you'll have the chance to catch 25" trout in this river. You'll catch Cutty's, Rainbows and Browns all day long in river.
  • South Platte River - You'll be fishing the Dream Stream: nearly 4 miles of tailwater below Spinney Reservoir and above Elevenmile Reservoir.  Catch all sizes of fish in some of the best riffle and seam fishing in Colorado.
  • North Fork of the South Platte (Includes Pine Valley Ranch) - Winding through Pike National Forest, this stream offers anglers an excellent chance to catch Rainbows and Browns while taking in the beautiful forest views.
  • Rocky Mountain Angling Club - Get the chance to fish for 20" rainbows on the private, upper stretch of Clear Creek.  This stretch puts you upstream from the canyon and into the middle of Colorado's Front Range. The private section offers big 'Bows and amazing scenery.
  • Farmer's Union - This private stretch of water is located on the North Fork of the South Platte River. You'll find many Browns and Rainbows on this stretch with some being up to 24". This is an excellent place for the novice or the expert.
  • Bar-ZX Ranch - Now this is Hog Huntin!!!. These private lakes are located near the small town of Paonia, CO. You can fish for monster Brookies, Rainbows, Browns & Cutthroats. Keep your eyes for this trip. We only offer it a few times a year and we like to get 10 people or so. Nothing can compare to a day at the Ranch.  Don't believe us?  Just check the photo gallery.
