Founded by Troy Harcourt in 2004, Golden River Sports has grown over the last few years. Bart Pinkham, the prior manager took over ownership in August of 2007, and with the Help of Troy the shop has grown to be the only full service Kayak and Fly Fishing shop in Colorado, and one of the more specialized shops on the front Range for these two great sports.

We are located 2 blocks north of Clear Creek White Water Park on 806 Washington Avenue in Golden, Colorado.  The White Water Park is one of the best kayak parks in the state, and minutes upriver, Clear Creek Canyon offers anglers a chance to catch beautiful brown trout on the fly.  Through our commitment, experience, and expertise Golden River Sports establishes friendships with our customers that last a lifetime!
